PAGCOR currently has 48 online gaming licensees, down from 74, Chairman Alejandro Tengco said in August 2026. The regulator is also keeping its moratorium on new online licences.
Tengco gave the figures while explaining PAGCOR’s planned app for spotting licensed sites.
With fewer licensed operators and no new licences being issued for now, the list of legal online platforms in the Philippines is shorter than it was.
